A clear call to action
Having refurbished hundreds of websites we notice a lack of a clear call to action by many businesses.
The other day I was wanting to purchase a service but found it very difficult to find how to actually do it on their website.
I ended up emailing them and they sent me the link and it was buried deep down requiring a number of clicks to get there.
A clear and simple call to action could have been done and made the process so much simpler plus increased their conversion.
