How To Repair A Failed Philips/Samsung/JVC Plasma TV

Another landfill rescue; this one was in the process of being loaded onto the truck that takes electronics to the scrapyard. I discovered this model is particularly troublesome, but repairs can be made for around $150. Based on an earlier Samsung plasma engine, these typically blow through Y-sustain boards, which results in failed upper and lower buffer boards (in my case, the y-sus was spared).
