'Khichdi' to be served on Big screen
Fox Star Studios, who brought Slumdog Millionaire and My Name Is Khan are now releasing the big screen version of popular TV comedy Khichadi on October 1. It is for the first time that a TV serial has inspired a movie in India but the big screen adaptation of TV series is a popular trend in Hollywood where television shows like Mr Bean, Batman, Mission Impossible, Star Wars and Sex and the City have been made into successful movies.
